Scheduling

Appointment scheduling with optional Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Calendly integrations. When an agent connects their own calendar, appointments they book in the platform are written out to it automatically, so that single appointment appears on their calendar with nothing else added or changed. The connection is opt-in and the flow runs one way, from the platform to the calendar. Sprocket only creates, updates, and removes the appointment events it owns. It never reads or changes the agent's other Google Calendar events.

Each agent opts in and links their own Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Calendly. No connection, no change to how scheduling already works for them.
One-way, platform to calendar
Appointments booked in Sprocket appear on the connected calendar automatically. The sync runs in one direction only, so Sprocket never pulls in or reads the agent's existing events.
Only its own events
Sprocket creates an event when an appointment is booked, updates it when the appointment changes, and removes it when the appointment is cancelled. It never touches an event it did not create.
