Bigweld Industries believes that technology companies play a crucial role in ensuring that technology empowers people with disabilities. As such, we are dedicated to making sure our website, bigweld.industries, is as accessible as possible for all individuals, regardless of their abilities.

We work toward conformance with the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. WCAG 2.1 incorporates and extends the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standard referenced by Section 508. We also monitor WCAG 2.2 for future adoption.

In our website's development and design, we work toward conformance with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. Most pages on our website feature high contrast colors, properly labeled images, and are designed to be compatible with keyboard navigation. The website is also designed to remain usable at high zoom levels.

We conduct accessibility testing on the following cadence:

• Automated testing — quarterly runs using Lighthouse CI and axe-core, with results retained as dated records.
• Manual screen-reader review — at least annually and before any major redesign, using Apple VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NonVisual Desktop Access (NVDA, Windows).
• Keyboard and input testing — part of every design and development change that affects interactive elements.

We acknowledge that some elements of the Site — including certain button contrast ratios and other known issues — do not currently meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We maintain an internal log of known accessibility issues and prioritize remediation based on user impact. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us using the information below, and we will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond with a resolution or remediation plan.
